Polsinelli recently represented specialty insurance platform Ignyte Insurance in the sale of its Collector Vehicle Division, including American Collectors Insurance, J.C. Taylor Insurance, Condon Skelly and Heacock Classic, to Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a premier national property/casualty and professional liability insurance carrier.
