Polsinelli Represents Roofing Services Solutions in Strategic Acquisition of Earl W. Johnston Roofing

Polsinelli recently represented Roofing Services Solutions (RSS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital (DPC), in acquiring Florida-based Earl W. Johnston Roofing, which provides re-roofing and building exterior services to residential, multi-family and commercial customers.
