Polsinelli Appoints Regan Lemke as Chief Operating Officer
Polsinelli is pleased to announce the promotion of Regan Lemke to Chief Operating Officer, reflecting the firm’s continued expansion and the increasing strategic and operational needs as the firm crosses $1.2 billion in annual revenue and 1,200 attorneys nationwide. Lemke previously served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Practice Strategy and led the firm’s award-winning AI program.
“Regan’s leadership has been instrumental in building the systems, alignment and strategic rigor that support our attorneys and our clients,” said Polsinelli Chairman and CEO Chase Simmons. “As we continue to grow, the demands on our operational infrastructure have increased accordingly. Regan has consistently shown the vision and discipline needed to meet those demands while helping us stay ahead of the curve in how we deliver legal services. I am excited for her to take on this expanded role and continue strengthening the foundation that supports our future.”
Lemke added: “I am honored to step into this role and continue partnering with our attorneys, practice leaders and administrative teams to support the firm’s strategic goals. My own path here reflects Polsinelli’s strong commitment to cultivating talent and developing leaders from within, which is a core strength of our culture. As we grow, it’s essential that our operations, talent and innovation efforts scale with us, and I look forward to building on the strong momentum already underway at Polsinelli.”
In addition to her role as Chief of Staff, Lemke has been a key architect of the firm’s innovation and operational strategy, leading efforts that integrate practice operations, technology and change management. She also oversees Polsinelli’s AI Enterprise Program and guides the work of the firm’s shared services and legal Department Operations teams, creating a unified structure that drives measurable, sustainable change across all practice groups. Her leadership has supported the implementation and scaling of numerous enterprise platforms and legal technology tools, using a structured, data-driven framework to ensure responsible adoption and consistent integration across the firm. This includes the firmwide rollout of GenAI tools CoCounsel and Enterprise ChatGPT as well as several purpose-built, AI-driven dealmaking tools across the firm’s M&A, Real Estate and Venture Capital Practices.
