Nicholas Bebirian advises clients on real estate finance transactions, including negotiating CRE repurchase facilities, and note-on-note financings, as well as real estate acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, loan origination, joint ventures and co-investments.
Nicholas also brings experience in bankruptcy-related real estate matters. He has represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees in sales of real property and other assets under Bankruptcy Code § 363, debtors in single asset real estate bankruptcy cases and lenders in residential and commercial foreclosures. Before joining Polsinelli, Nicholas practiced in the global real estate investments and transactions group of an Am Law 50 firm.
