- Represented the seller of large asset and membership interest sale involving multiple senior housing facilities across the United States.
- Serves as lead outside counsel for a major real estate group in the leasing of their entire office/industrial portfolio, property tax protest and appeal matters, and other ongoing operational real estate support.
