Nick McGrath recognizes both the business and legal opportunities and challenges that real estate matters present to clients. He frequently represents and counsels clients in a broad range of real estate and related business transactions from coast to coast, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Nick also advises clients on a broad range of property tax matters, including representing property owners on property tax protests and appeals.
