Paul Boppart focuses on what is necessary to bringing a real estate project to fruition.

Experienced in commercial real estate law and real estate finance matters, Paul represents developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in myriad leasing situations for office properties, shopping centers, and industrial properties on a local and national level. He follows through on the due diligence, zoning, and survey coordination, while representing a variety of entities in development projects.

Paul also assists health care clients with their real estate needs, including structuring and negotiating ground leases, master leases, and subleases for medical office buildings with a focus on Stark and anti-kickback law compliance.
