Peter Eggers believes that forming strong relationships with clients is critical to providing effective legal counsel. His ability to connect with clients extends beyond the transaction or matter at hand, giving him a more complete understanding of clients and their businesses.
Peter provides counsel on complex transactional matters, as well as fraud and abuse, compliance and other regulatory matters for a variety of providers, including:
- Post-acute care facilities
- Institutional health care providers
- Home health and hospice providers
- Large physician groups
- Public health care entities
He combines his passion for health care with a commitment to each client’s individual business objectives to identify opportunities to help them overcome challenges within their organizations and the industry.
Peter’s previous experience includes working for a large health system and an academic physician group. Peter served as the editor-in-chief of an academic journal specializing in health care law.
