Kolin Holladay is keenly aware of the impact legal advice can have on the entirety of a client’s business. As a previous small business owner himself, Kolin has first-hand insight into the steps involved with business acquisitions, as well as selling a business to strategic partners. He brings a broad perspective to clients’ business operations and strategic plans.
Due to his personal business experience and practical legal approach, clients often view Kolin as a trusted advisor. He typically serves as outside general counsel to middle-market companies, but enjoys working with companies of all sizes – from startups to multi-national corporations.
