Reece Clark is dedicated to understanding each client’s business model to help them protect and profit from their intellectual property. With deep experience in information technology and the law, Reece understands the complex relationships between data, information systems, and client success. Reece supports clients in a variety of industries and markets, including health care, technology, and financial services. His practice focuses on:

  • Complex technology transactions involving a variety of inbound and outbound licensing arrangements.
  • Negotiating development agreements, reseller agreements, master service agreements, maintenance and support agreements, transition services agreements and other aspects of technology transfer.
  • Guiding clients’ efforts to implement new revenue models from new and existing technology and data streams.
  • Managing technology and intellectual property diligence for complex corporate transactions.
  • Assisting clients in the formation and new business growth stages.

Reece also delivers experienced counsel on data privacy and security matters arising out of e-commerce, remote computing, and outsourced transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Reece was a Senior Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City where he led multiple information technology projects.
