Reece Clark is dedicated to understanding each client’s business model to help them protect and profit from their intellectual property. With background experience in information technology, Reece understands the scope, schedule, and cost constraints in client representation. Reece supports clients in a variety of industries, including health care, technology, and financial services. His practice focuses on:

  • Complex technology transactions involving software-as-a-service, transition services, reseller arrangements, on-premises solutions, and e-commerce applications.
  • Drafting and negotiating a variety of inbound and outbound licensing agreements involving data, intellectual property, and professional services. 
  • Conducting technology and intellectual property diligence for complex corporate transactions.
  • Assisting clients in the formation and new business growth stages.

Reece is a certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining the firm, Reece was a Senior Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City where he led multiple information technology projects.
