Polsinelli recently represented Kingston HealthCare Company (Kingston), a Toledo, Ohio-based senior living provider, in its sale to Trilogy Health Services (Trilogy), an operator of senior living communities across the Midwest.

Through this transaction, Trilogy adds 14 senior living communities to its portfolio of more than 130 campuses. The acquisition includes 12 communities located in Indiana and Ohio, along with two additional sites in North Carolina and New Mexico.
