Advice to Commercial Lenders for the Long Road Ahead

According to the Congressional Oversight Panel (COP) February report on the current state of the commercial real estate market, the end of the recent real estate crisis may be in sight, but things are likely to get worse before they get better. The report points to rising commercial real estate defaults, and $1.4 trillion in commercial loans maturing between 2010 and 2014.
