Polsinelli is pleased to announce that commercial real estate attorney Austin Green has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a shareholder in its Real Estate Practice. Green’s arrival expands Polsinelli’s Texas real estate team and strengthens the firm’s ability to advise developers, real estate funds, REITs, institutional owners and investors on complex investment, development, leasing and land use matters across Texas and nationwide.

His experience complements our existing capabilities in Texas and strengthens the integrated counsel we provide clients nationwide.”

Green represents developers, real estate investment funds, REITs, institutional owners and investors in commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas and across the United States. He advises clients across the real estate investment and development lifecycle, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, commercial leasing, financing and asset management. His experience includes single-asset and multi-property portfolio transactions involving industrial, multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use and undeveloped land.

Green has particular experience in industrial development, advising clients on site acquisition, development agreements, financing, leasing and disposition.

Green’s arrival follows the recent addition of Counsel Ashley Fleishman in Houston and several associates in Dallas and Fort Worth, further expanding Polsinelli’s real estate bench across Texas.

Green earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and his B.S. in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
