Reed Williams leverages his legal and business background to support clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues. He works closely with hospitals, health systems, long-term care providers, physician practices and other health care organizations to achieve their operational and strategic objectives. He regularly counsels clients on complex regulatory issues facing health care providers, such as fraud and abuse (Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute), 36-month rule, corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA, and False Claims Act compliance.

Reed has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity investments and related corporate transactions. He routinely assists clients with negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, professional service agreements, affiliation agreements, management agreements, and joint venture arrangements. Reed also represents businesses in a variety of industries providing guidance on entity formation, corporate governance and contracting.
