Polsinelli Promotes Regan Lemke to Dual Role of Chief Practice Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce the promotion of Regan Lemke to the dual role of Chief Practice Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff. She previously served as the firm’s Chief of Staff. Her expanded responsibilities include strategic oversight and leadership critical to advancing the firm's goals and enhancing client service delivery. Additionally, her new role encompasses spearheading the firm’s innovation strategy and initiatives, including the implementation of legal practice technologies – specifically generative AI tools and platforms – to support the development of innovative approaches to delivering client work. Her promotion recognizes her exceptional leadership and contributions in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across the organization.

"Regan’s promotion reflects her increasingly expanding responsibilities beyond Chief of Staff," said Chase Simmons, CEO & Chairman of Polsinelli. "Regan and her team are instrumental in helping to create and sustain the strategic framework for our legal practices to support each other and our clients. She will ensure that we uphold and advance this strategic framework and drive innovation across the firm, particularly as Polsinelli continues to grow and artificial intelligence further changes the legal landscape.”

“I am thrilled to be working in collaboration with our practice chairs, attorneys and innovation leaders to continue our work building out and scaling the firm’s strategic initiatives and AI tools. The speed of our growth shines a spotlight on the need for a strong strategic framework, and I am excited to continue working together to advance this shared vision with Chase and our practice leadership,” added Lemke.

Lemke holds a B.S. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration, both from the University of Kansas. She also served two years at the United States Naval Academy.
