Polsinelli is pleased to welcome Kristopher J. Stark as a shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office. Joining the Real Estate Practice, Stark advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction and operation of real estate assets. Stark’s arrival comes on the heels of the recent addition of Barbara Trachtenberg and signals a flurry of growth for the firm’s Real Estate Practice. He is the eighth new shareholder to join the group over the last 12 months.

Stark is an experienced real estate attorney who has significant experience in all stages of high value deals throughout the country. He represents myriad clients in the real estate sector, including landlords, developers, investors, family offices, private equity companies, tenants and restaurant operators.

Stark earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A. from Boston College.
