Robert Lowell supports Polsinelli attorneys in complex commercial and business litigation matters. He assists with legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, and developing case strategy across all phases of the litigation process. He focuses on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions to help clients navigate sophisticated legal disputes, including:
- Breach of contract and related disputes
- Real estate development disputes
- Complex commercial disputes
While in law school, Robert was the Senior Notes Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. He also gained judicial experience as an intern to the Honorable Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and as an extern to Justice Sarah K. Campbell of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
