Ross Weimer is dedicated to understanding the industries in which his clients operate and delivering practical, strategic solutions to their most sensitive workplace challenges. He counsels employers in industries including construction, health care, insurance, manufacturing, retail, food, financial services, and logistics on a wide range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on restrictive covenants and trade secret protection.

Ross has significant experience drafting, negotiating, enforcing, and litigating restrictive covenant agreements, including non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, to safeguard his clients’ business interests. He routinely seeks and defends against injunctive relief in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, ensuring employers can protect their proprietary information, workforce and competitive advantage.

In addition to his restrictive covenant and trade secret work, Ross represents clients in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing and wrongful termination, providing both preventative compliance advice and vigorous advocacy when litigation arises.
