Samantha Thomas advises clients on protecting and enforcing their brands. Her practice spans trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation, as well as counseling on copyright, trade dress and brand strategy. She also advises on product packaging and design, helping clients develop and protect distinctive brand elements.

Samantha works with clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, energy, beauty and fragrance, health and wellness and consumer products. She manages domestic and international trademark portfolios, conducts clearance searches and advises on filing strategies to secure broad protection.

Her enforcement work includes trademark disputes, domain name enforcement and UDRP proceedings before WIPO. She coordinates online takedowns and works with service providers and platforms to address infringement, fraud and brand misuse, including matters involving social media and digital threats.

Drawing on her understanding of brand storytelling, Samantha works closely with clients to distinguish their brands in the marketplace while keeping protectability and enforceability front of mind.
