Sarah Tremer is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex products liability, mass tort and consumer fraud class action defense. She represents clients in high-exposure litigation nationwide, with substantial experience defending Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in federal and state courts.

For more than a decade, Sarah has handled single-plaintiff cases as well as multidistrict litigation (MDL) and multicounty litigation (MCL). Her practice includes developing coordinated defense strategies, managing large-scale discovery and addressing dispositive motion practice. She also advises clients on litigation avoidance and risk mitigation, including matters involving U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory issues.

In addition to her products and mass tort practice, Sarah represents clients in sensitive and high-stakes employment litigation. Her experience includes class and collective actions, discrimination and harassment claims, sexual harassment disputes and restrictive covenant and trade secret matters. She also counsels employers on compliance with workplace laws and regulations affecting their operations.

Sarah previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitzy R. Galis-Menendez of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, and completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Fluent in Spanish, Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters, with a focus on asylum cases.
