Serena Heydari is an associate in Polsinelli’s Real Estate practice group. Drawing on a corporate finance background, Serena supports clients in real estate and real estate finance transactions, including lending, acquisition financing and real estate finance matters.

Before joining Polsinelli, Serena represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of corporate finance matters, including asset-based lending facilities, bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and other secured and unsecured transactions involving term loans, revolving credit facilities, management fee lines of credit, intercreditor arrangements and real estate finance matters. Her experience includes lending transactions secured by collateral types unique to clients focused in the retail, food and beverage, real estate and manufacturing sectors. Additionally, Serena has previously worked on piloting and integrating the use of artificial intelligence tools into a transactional practice.
