- Facilitated several favorable settlements for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company in product liability matters involving HVAC units, including a settlement where my client contributed zero dollars while co-defendants contributed thousands of dollars.
- Received a grant of summary judgment for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company in a disability discrimination matter.
- Successfully managed a docket of interpleader matters for a top-tier insurance company by facilitating pre-litigation agreements among claimants and achieving grants of motions to deposit and for dismissal.
- Received final approval of a class action settlement involving tort-based claims against a waste management company.
- Received grants of motions to stay and motions for summary judgment in various class actions involving a mortgage servicing company facing claims under the FDCPA and state variations of the statute. Successfully defended multiple victims of domestic violence in order of protection hearings. During each hearing, I gave an opening statement, performed direct and cross-examinations, and introduced evidence.
- Served on the deposition team for multidistrict litigation involving a manufacturing company. In this role, I took over 20 fact witness depositions.
- Drafted a privacy policy for a mid-size company that included language needed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act.
