Shundra Crumpton Manning’s practice focuses on representing businesses and organizations in complex commercial litigation matters and disputes. She works with Polsinelli attorneys to develop outcome-driven litigation strategies aligned with each client’s business goals. Shundra provides guidance and advocacy in all phases of a dispute, from pre-litigation negotiations through trial. She is committed to understanding clients’ litigation goals and business objectives to provide the best representation for each unique matter.

Shundra has vigorously defended and obtained complete victories for numerous Fortune 500 companies in class action and MDL matters involving a variety of privacy-related issues, including data breaches allegedly resulting in personal identifiable information and protected health information disclosure, pixel and other web tracking cases involving alleged violations of state and federal wiretap laws and the Video Privacy Protection Act, and other actions related to privacy and cybersecurity.
