Stephen Kraftschik represents clients in complex litigation matters pending in Delaware’s federal and state courts. Clients rely on Steve for strategic guidance in high-profile corporate, commercial and intellectual property disputes.
Steve has substantial experience litigating patent cases in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, as well as corporate and governance disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery. His practice includes post-merger disputes, limited liability company conflicts and books-and-records demands. He also serves as Delaware counsel for national trial teams and assists clients in navigating the procedural and strategic considerations unique to Delaware courts.
With a background in electrical engineering, Steve brings technical fluency to intellectual property litigation and other technology-driven disputes. He approaches matters with a focus on thorough preparation, efficient motion practice and strategic positioning for trial or resolution.
In addition to his practice, Steve regularly devotes his time to pro bono cases, such as representing petitioners seeking Protection From Abuse (“PFA”) Orders in Delaware Family Court. Steve has helped many clients obtain PFA orders through trial and mediation.
