Tate Fagan supports the Corporate & Transactional practice with an emphasis on private equity mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters. She partners with attorneys and clients in all aspects of the firm’s corporate practice, including entity formation and maintenance, foreign registrations, conversions, dissolutions, fictitious business name filings, UCC filings, lien search coordination, drafting operative documents and other departmental support. She also manages large private equity client groups with a focus on entity organization and compliance across many jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Polsinelli in 2024, Tate worked for 15 years in a variety of paralegal roles, with the most recent being a public finance paralegal in St. Louis. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal in renewable energy development, construction litigation and title insurance defect litigation in Charlotte, NC.
