Tyler Kraft is an attorney in the Technology Transactions and Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. He negotiates complex technology and related transactions for clients across a variety of industries. Tyler is committed to understanding each client’s business model, practices and objectives to help protect their investment in a range of technologies.
Previously, Tyler worked as a journalist, where he received national recognition for sports writing. Tyler’s experience also crosses national borders where he interned in Brussels for MLex Belgium, an international wire service focusing on topics such as antitrust, artificial intelligence legislation and Brexit. These experiences honed his writing and communication abilities through constant communication with sources and writing stories for publication.
