Polsinelli is pleased to announce that the firm has once again been recognized in PitchBook’s 2024 Global League Tables as one of the most active law firms advising on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital deals. Notably, the firm soared in several key rankings, including landing a #8 most active spot for U.S. M&A Deals and entering the top 20 most active globally for deal combined and M&A deals.

Overall, the firm was ranked in 45 categories in the annual report, including multiple global rankings, moving up in multiple categories and adding 16 new category rankings to the firm’s extensive list of recognitions. 

Polsinelli was again ranked in the top 20 for Most Active in the U.S. in all three deal categories – M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital and ranked in the top 20 Most Active Globally in those same categories.

The PitchBook Annual Global League Tables provide a comprehensive ranking of merger & acquisition, private equity and venture capital activity worldwide each year. These rankings are based on the number of completed deals within specific categories, including deal type and region. Only publicly disclosed transactions or those verified by PitchBook’s primary research team are considered in the report.
