Adam represents lenders and borrowers in sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including the origination, acquisition and disposition of balance sheet, securitized, syndicated, mezzanine, preferred equity and corporate loans secured by real estate projects across all asset types. Adam regularly represents clients in structuring transactions involving multiple layers of subordinate debt and negotiating intercreditor, co-lender and participation agreements. He also has substantial construction financing experience and regularly represents investors in the acquisition and sale of all types of properties.
