Adrienne Testa provides comprehensive counsel to a variety of health care providers, including hospitals and health systems, home health and hospice agencies, individual health care professionals, pharmacies, and physician groups. She leverages her prior in-house experience and deep knowledge of health care law to provide clients with effective, efficient and innovative legal solutions.

Adrienne regularly supports healthcare providers through transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations. In addition, Adrienne frequently advises clients on healthcare regulatory issues, including corporate practice of medicine and fee-splitting restrictions; licensing and certification requirements; state and federal privacy and security laws; compliance program design and implementation; and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment requirements.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Adrienne was the Legal Fellow for a regionally renowned health system, where she counseled on regulatory and compliance issues and implemented business solutions. During law school, she clerked in the healthcare practice group of a Chicago law firm and worked as a legal extern in the general counsel’s offices for two Chicago-area hospitals.  Adrienne graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she received the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy Fellowship. While attending Loyola, Adrienne served as Editor-in-Chief for the Annals of Health Law and competed on Loyola’s Health Law Transactional Team.
