Brandon Krueger advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and emerging growth businesses on complex transactional matters, including sponsored buyouts, strategic mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
Brandon is known for his practical, business-minded approach, helping clients navigate legal risk while advancing their strategic objectives. He routinely leads deal teams through all stages of a transaction, including due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements and post-closing integration.
In addition to his M&A work, Brandon counsels clients on general corporate governance, commercial contracting, securities transactions and compliance matters. He is valued for his clear communication style, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate efficiently among stakeholders.
While in law school, Brandon was a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C
