Catherine Barbaree practices as an employment litigation and compliance attorney. Her legal experience includes representing employers in various employment disputes across a range of industries, including luxury fashion, retail and manufacturing.

Catherine advises some of the world’s leading global brands on strategies to prevent litigation and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
