Dana Feinstein is an employment attorney in Polsinelli’s Philadelphia office who handles a diverse range of employment litigation and administrative matters, including single-plaintiff, collective, class and multi-plaintiff cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment and whistleblower claims. She also provides strategic counsel and conducts high-stakes, complex investigations on employment matters.

Dana takes a practical approach to helping clients solve problems, with a particular focus on high-stakes litigation, crisis management and contingency planning. Dana has extensive experience defending hospital systems in complex mass tort actions involving allegations of sexual assault. She also regularly represents law firms and in house legal departments when attorneys bring whistleblower or discrimination claims against their employers. Dana also routinely defends companies in systemic investigations and enforcement actions by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

She is a sought-after speaker and author, contributing insights on discrimination, harassment, retaliation and internal investigations.

Active in her community, Dana serves as co-chair of the Philadelphia chapter of the Harvard Law School Women's Alliance and is a board member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Anti-Defamation League and a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of Frankie’s World, a non-profit organization supporting children with medical needs.
