Dillon Williams focuses his practice on medical malpractice and toxic tort litigation. He regularly represents healthcare organizations and professionals, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, individual practitioners, home health agencies, and long-term care providers, in high-exposure cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, and alleged professional negligence.
Dillon’s practice spans all phases of litigation—from early case evaluation and expert consultation through pleadings, written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. He also provides comprehensive guidance on compliance, risk management and industry-specific legal challenges, helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks while supporting their operational goals.
In addition to healthcare defense, Dillon has represented corporate defendants in complex product and toxic tort matters, including multi-party litigation. Before entering private practice, Dillon served as an intern with the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the State of Kansas. This experience strengthened his courtroom advocacy skills and trial preparation experience.
