This program will specifically cover NDA’s, LOI’s, and the negotiations of definitive transaction documents and actions required for closing

• Discuss pre-transaction planning for how in-house counsel can manage transaction risk
• Recommendations to mitigate closing risks from a legal perspective so that the business is able to maximize value of the transaction
