Polsinelli recently represented Focus Healthcare Partners, a real estate investment and asset management firm specializing in senior housing real estate investments, operations and capital markets, in its acquisition of The Harborside, a senior care facility in Port Washington, N.Y.

This $86 million acquisition ensures that the facility will remain open and residents can stay in their homes following a 2023 bankruptcy filing. Focus Healthcare Partners’ ownership will allow for significant improvements to resident amenities and services.
