Hillary Maynard’s practice is focused on developing and implementing global trademark protection and enforcement programs. She counsels clients on various aspects of intellectual property law, including U.S. and global trademark and copyright prosecution and clearance, brand development and enforcement and complex commercial transactions that involve licensing and assignment agreements. Hillary represents clients in trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) disputes through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and regularly manages takedown actions on behalf of clients facing infringement in online marketplaces.
