John Rabe assists clients in various transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, securities offerings and compliance. He represents private equity firms and search funds in majority and minority investments, complex restructuring transactions and other similar strategic acquisitions and divestitures. John also counsels companies and their private equity sponsors in the structuring and negotiation of M&A transactions, governance matters and other operational matters.

While in law school, John served as Judicial Intern in the chambers of the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes, United State Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.
