- Represented a developer in the acquisition and development of a multiphase destination project in Derby, Kansas, including multiple STAR Bond financings.
- Represented a private developer in securing state and local approvals for Kansas’ first rural redevelopment STAR Bond project, a destination development anchored by a multipurpose arena and equestrian center in Colby, Kansas.
- Represented a developer in connection with the development of a multiphase mixed-use project comprising market-rate apartments, hotels, a medical office building and restaurants in North Kansas City, Missouri, including the pursuit and management of tax increment financing bonds and a community improvement district.
