Keirsten B. Hamilton is an associate in the Real Estate Finance group. Keirsten understands that today’s clients need someone who can quickly adapt to their priorities and identify opportunities to add value. Clients appreciate Keirsten’s ability to understand their business, listen to their needs and communicate clear, practical solutions.

Keirsten routinely provides advice and strategic counsel to lenders and servicers in a variety of commercial real estate finance transactions including servicing matters, leasing issues and cash management issues. She also provides comprehensive services to clients in connection with the leasing, management and sale of commercial real estate assets, ranging from drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements, management agreements and leases, to spearheading and organizing the sale.

Keirsten also enjoys legal research and writing. While in law school, Keirsten served as an extern to the Honorable Judge Nancy Koenig, magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as an extern to the Honorable Justice Phil Johnson of the Supreme Court of Texas.
