Kenneth Yood advises health care providers and companies on complex regulatory, compliance and transactional matters. Drawing on decades of experience, he counsels hospitals, home health agencies, clinical labs, diagnostic and infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, post-acute providers and digital health companies on the laws that shape health care delivery — from Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement to licensing, fraud and abuse.

Clients rely on Kenneth to develop and maintain compliance programs that address billing, certification and regulatory risk. He advises on Medicare and Medicaid certification, state licensing, corporate practice of medicine rules, telehealth regulations, and both state and federal fraud and abuse frameworks. He regularly counsels on referral limitations, fee-splitting prohibitions and False Claims Act exposure, and he supports clients through reimbursement audits, internal investigations, appeals and self-disclosures.

Kenneth also has significant experience structuring joint ventures, affiliations, provider networks and other multi-entity arrangements — helping organizations design business models that comply with a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
