Kim Smith supports the Real Estate practice with an emphasis on analyzing and resolving title issues for various transactional matters throughout the country, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential and multi-family sales and acquisitions, ranch transactions and energy projects. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, title and survey reviews, drafting title reports, title objections and closing documents, coordination and preparation of title curative documents, coordination of real estate closings, compilation of transaction documents, and other departmental support. Kim also provides training in real estate matters to the firm’s legal administrative assistants, paralegals and real estate associates.

Before joining Polsinelli, Kim worked as a legal administrative assistant and then as a paralegal in another law firm for 20 years. She has been in the legal field for more than 30 years and has a strong organizational background.
