Polsinelli Wins Turnaround Atlas Award for Basic Fun! Chapter 11 Restructuring

Polsinelli is pleased to announce that the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice was recognized in the 2025 Turnaround Atlas Awards by Global M&A Network. The firm was recognized in the Chapter 11 Restructuring of the Year category for its representation of Basic Fun! in its 2024 financial restructuring.

As a result of its restructuring, Basic Fun! substantially strengthened its capital structure by enhancing its liquidity, securing new capital to fund growth and allowing even greater investment into promotional initiatives and an expanding its global product portfolio. 

The Turnaround Atlas Awards honor the best value-creating transactions in the global restructuring, insolvency and distressed investing communities.
