Shawn Gannon is an intellectual property litigator who represents companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies in matters involving the enforcement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and patents. He also counsels clients on global patent portfolios, pre-suit diligence, licensing and technology-related disputes.
Shawn has trial experience before various U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in complex intellectual property disputes. His practice spans a range of technologies, including telecommunications, video coding, standard essential patents (SEPs), networking, cryptocurrency, computer hardware and software, online advertising, semiconductors and mechanical devices.

Before attending law school, Shawn designed industrial automation solutions for automotive suppliers in upstate South Carolina.
