Mr. Hohenstein emphasizes construction law, insurance coverage matters and real estate in his practice.

With respect to construction, Mr. Hohenstein devotes a considerable portion of his practice assisting clients in the review, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and related agreements. He also has experience handling construction litigation disputes in judicial and arbitration settings. In the course of his construction-related practice, he has represented owners, general contractors, design professionals lenders, subcontractors and material suppliers. The cases in which he has participated have included contract disputes and mechanics’ lien claims.

Mr. Hohenstein also has experience with environmental, product liability and construction insurance coverage disputes and issues, as well as general commercial litigation.
