- Represented a large general contractor in drafting and negotiating more than 50 general contracts, construction management agreements, and related documents, including contracts for the construction of an international headquarters of a major credit card company, a city convention hall, convention hotels and regional hospitals.

- Provided counsel to contractors, other businesses and individuals in a variety of insurance coverage matters.
