The Summer Associate Experience

Program Overview

This immersive experience offers hands-on legal training, meaningful client work and the opportunity to build lasting relationships within our firm. Summer Associates participate in training sessions, networking opportunities and social events, gaining exposure to Polsinelli’s collaborative and high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do

As a summer associate, you will:

• Draft legal documents, including motions, memos and organizational materials
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations to support client strategies
• Analyze legal and business data to assess case outcomes, negotiations and transactions
• Collaborate directly with attorneys across practices and offices
