Polsinelli Further Deepens Technology Transactions and Transportation Bench, Expands in Boston

Polsinelli is pleased to welcome Maximillian (Max) J. Bodoin to the firm’s Boston office as a shareholder in the Technology Transactions & Data Privacy Practice.

Bodoin concentrates his practice on technology transactions, intellectual property licensing, transportation, electric vehicle (EV) charging systems and cutting-edge information technology (IT) solutions. He advises clients on a variety of technology issues, including technology development and commercialization, IT outsourcing, joint development and collaboration relationships, software-as-a-service offerings, technology procurements and customer agreements.

Joining Polsinelli from an Am Law 30 firm, where he served as the chair of the Transit Team, Bodoin has extensive experience in the public transportation industry. He has decades of experience assisting public transit agencies procure more than fifteen billion dollars' worth of technology solutions, rolling stock and operations and maintenance services.

In the EV charging industry, Bodoin advises clients on the development and commercialization of EV charging systems, including developing go-to-market strategies and drafting and negotiating turnkey contracts for engineering, procurement, construction, software, LCFS credits and ongoing operations. He also counsels clients acquiring EV systems, guiding deployment strategies and EV system procurements.

Bodoin’s arrival underscores Polsinelli’s continued growth in the Northeast and highlights the firm's continued expansion of its nationally recognized Technology Transactions & Data Privacy Practice.

Max earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.S., summa cum laude, and B.Phil., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
