Polsinelli recently represented Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a St. Louis-based middle-market private equity firm, in the sale of its portfolio company, Data Dimensions, to One Call, a technology-enabled provider of ancillary services and care management for the workers’ compensation market.

Through its integration with One Call, Data Dimensions will become part of a broader care coordination platform serving the workers’ compensation market.
