Polsinelli Represents Northwind Group in $401 Million Loan for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens

Polsinelli recently represented Northwind Group, a Manhattan-based real estate private equity firm and debt fund manager, in connection with a $401 million first-mortgage completion-to-inventory loan for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, a luxury branded residential and private marina development located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The financing is secured by the 14-acre, three-tower development, which includes 106 waterfront condominium residences and a 29-slip private marina.
